Privacy policy

This policy explains the data used to prepare, deliver and support a private-sale document.

1. Controller and privacy contact

The service is operated by Reware ApS, Ågade 5, 8620 Kjellerup, Denmark. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact form. Reware’s designated privacy contact is responsible for handling requests.

2. Data and purposes

We may process party contact details, questionnaire answers, photographs, support messages and technical request data to create and deliver the document, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal duties.

3. Applicable privacy framework

The service is designed to apply the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles where their territorial and entity thresholds apply requirements relevant to a foreign online service, alongside the EU GDPR obligations that apply to Reware ApS in Denmark.

4. Legal bases and consent

Depending on the activity, processing is based on performing the service requested by the user, legitimate interests in security and support, consent for optional analytics, or a legal obligation. Each party should know that their information is being entered.

5. Service providers and processing outside the country

Reware ApS operates from Denmark. Hosting, storage, email, support and optional analytics providers may process data in other countries under contracts and safeguards. Local authorities may have lawful access under their own laws. We remain accountable for providers used to deliver the service.

6. Data minimisation, retention and security

Enter only the information needed for the agreement. Questionnaire content and uploaded assets are removed according to the service retention process after delivery or expiry. Limited security and support records may be retained longer when needed.

7. Your rights and complaints

Depending on Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles where their territorial and entity thresholds apply and the EU GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable controls. Use the contact form and select “Privacy request”. We may need to verify the requester and protect the other party in a shared agreement.

8. Analytics choices

Essential aggregate counters may be used to operate and measure the service. Optional product analytics can be managed through the website’s privacy controls.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children and should not be used by a person who lacks legal capacity to enter the transaction.

10. Cookie-free, aggregated traffic measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free, aggregated measurement of visits and viewed pages.

No identifiers from forms, documents, contact details, signatures or payments are sent to analytics. We do not build cross-site profiles or persistent profiles across sessions.

We use this limited measurement only to operate and improve the website. Our privacy policy explains your choices and how to contact us.

11. Support requests

When you submit the contact form, we process your contact email, category, optional reference and message to handle the case. The request is sent to our private support channel on Discord. Do not send signatures, identity documents or full payment-card details. We retain the information only while needed for the case and justified documentation.
