Users are responsible for names, addresses, item facts, photographs and all other information they submit. Both parties should review the complete agreement and correct errors before relying on it.
3. Official records and procedures
Transfer, seller notice, duty, registration, inspection and road-use rules are set by the relevant state or territory and remain separate.
4. Acceptable use and availability
Do not disrupt, probe, overload or misuse the service, upload unlawful material or violate another person’s rights. Download and retain important records.
5. Limits of the service
The service does not replace inspection, valuation, individual legal advice, licensed professional services or government procedures. General guides can become outdated.
